Account Registration and Subscriptions - Access to certain features requires registration and an active subscription. - Account types include: Free (limited access), Base, Pro, and Exclusive. - Only one photo from the public collection is available to Free users. - Subscription plans are billed via Stripe, auto-renew monthly or yearly, with no trials or refunds. - Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. - Accounts are personal and non-transferable. ## 4. Content The Services provide access to Wickedform content generated and owned by the Company, as well as AI-generated assets. - User-uploaded content, when available, will remain accessible only to the uploading User unless otherwise specified. - For AI-generated or other digital content, the Company makes no guarantee of uniqueness, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. License The right to access and use Wickedform content is granted according to the Wickedform License Agreement at wickedform.com/legal/license, which is incorporated by reference. License rights and restrictions, including limitations on personal, commercial, and resell use, are defined by your subscription level (Base, Pro, Exclusive). ## 6.
